Concourse F is connected to the Maynard H. Jackson Jr. International Terminal, which opened in 2012 and provides international travelers with an alternative to the Domestic Terminal entirely. Passengers flying internationally can drive directly to the International Terminal, check in, clear security, and walk to F without ever entering the main complex.
F handles long-haul international carriers including Qatar Airways, Emirates, Etihad, Cathay Pacific, and additional flights from Lufthansa and Air France. Gates F1 through F12 are widebody-sized with double-deck jet bridges for A380 and 777 service.
The Club ATL, a Priority Pass-affiliated lounge, is located on the mezzanine level above F's central atrium. It accepts Priority Pass, LoungeKey, and Diners Club members and offers hot food, full bar, showers, and a quiet zone. There's also a contracted business-class lounge used by several of the international carriers.
International arrivals at F also process through Federal Inspection Services on the lower level. The CBP processing on F tends to be slightly faster than at E because passenger volumes are lower, but evening peak periods can still see 30–45 minute waits.
