FAQ · Concourses

How many concourses does ATL have?

Hartsfield-Jackson has seven concourses: T (Domestic Terminal), A, B, C, D, E (International), and F (International).

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport operates seven passenger concourses arranged in a parallel-mid-field layout. Concourse T is connected directly to the Domestic Terminal and does not require a Plane Train ride. Concourses A, B, C, D, E, and F are arranged in a long parallel row connected by the underground Plane Train and a parallel above-ground walkway.

Concourses T, A, B, C, and D primarily handle domestic operations, with the bulk of Delta's mainline narrow-body flying on A and B. Concourse C is shared between Delta regional, Southwest Airlines, and Air Canada. Concourse D handles Delta regional plus the low-cost carriers JetBlue, Spirit, and Frontier.

Concourses E and F handle international operations. Concourse F connects directly to the Maynard H. Jackson Jr. International Terminal, which opened in 2012 and serves as a separate point of entry for international travelers driving directly to international flights.

All seven concourses are connected by the Plane Train, an automated underground people mover that runs between the Domestic Terminal and Concourse F continuously. End-to-end Plane Train travel time is approximately 12 minutes.
