Brookstone's airport stores have evolved past their 1990s mall heyday into a focused travel-tech assortment: noise-canceling headphones, portable chargers, neck massagers, travel pillows, and a rotating selection of small electronics. The Concourse B location is one of the larger Brookstone footprints in the airport.
Headphones are the dominant category. Bose, Sony, and Apple products are all available, often at MSRP or slightly above. The travel-pillow selection is genuinely thoughtful — Brookstone tests products in their own retail labs.
Pricing is full retail; don't expect bargains. The 'try before you buy' culture is real, though — most products on display are demonstrable, and staff are happy to walk you through features.
Located in the central atrium of Concourse B, the store is a 90-second walk from the Plane Train and the Delta Sky Club entrance. A reliable spot to grab last-minute headphones if your flight has audio entertainment.
