British Airways operates a daily nonstop service from Hartsfield-Jackson to London Heathrow using Boeing 777-200 equipment. The flight typically departs ATL in the early evening and arrives at Heathrow the following morning, allowing for extensive same-day onward connections across BA's European, African, and Middle Eastern networks.

Check-in is at the Maynard H. Jackson Jr. International Terminal. BA Executive Club Gold members and First/Club World passengers receive premium check-in and priority security. Boarding takes place at Concourse E, accessible via the Plane Train from the International Terminal.

British Airways does not operate its own lounge at ATL. Club World and First passengers, plus oneworld Emerald and Sapphire status holders, have access to the international premium lounge above gate E10.
