Concourse E is where Hartsfield-Jackson's status as one of the world's busiest international airports really shows. The concourse handles Delta's transatlantic and Latin America widebody operations as well as flights from Air France, KLM, Lufthansa, British Airways, Korean Air, Turkish Airlines, and Virgin Atlantic. Gates are sized for 777s, A350s, and 787s, and the jet bridges are often double-deck.
Arriving international passengers clear U.S. Customs and Border Protection on the lower level of E, then collect bags and either re-clear security to continue to a domestic connection or exit to ground transportation. Global Entry and Mobile Passport Control kiosks are on the right as you exit the jet bridge.
The Delta Sky Club at E is sized for international travelers, with extended hours, a premium dining buffet, showers, and a quiet zone with daybeds. SkyTeam Elite Plus members and business-class passengers traveling internationally on Delta or partner airlines have access.
Dining options skew slightly more upscale than the domestic concourses, with a full-service Cat Cora restaurant and several international-themed bars. The walk from the Plane Train atrium to the eastern gates can be 10 minutes or more, so don't underestimate boarding time.
