La Tagliatella's Concourse E location is a step up from typical airport Italian. Pastas are made in-house daily, and the menu rotates seasonally. The carbonara, the bolognese, and the cacio e pepe are all reliable orders, and there's a respectable list of antipasti for sharing.
Wine is the star here — the list runs about 50 bottles and 25 by the glass, with a strong Italian focus. Cocktails are competent. Most entrées run $22–32; expect $50–70 per person with a glass of wine.
Seating is split between a 60-seat dining room and a 14-seat bar that handles solo travelers. Service is unhurried but pace-aware — tell the host your boarding time and they'll work with you.
Located near the central atrium of Concourse E, La Tagliatella is convenient to most international widebody departures. Ideal for a leisurely pre-flight meal if you have at least 90 minutes before boarding.
