Lufthansa's Business Lounge at Concourse E serves the airline's daily evening departures to Frankfurt and Munich. The lounge is open from approximately 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily, aligned with Lufthansa's ATL operations.

Food service emphasizes German cuisine: sausages, sauerkraut, pretzels, German potato salad, schnitzel, and a respectable rotating soup. A small Western-style salad bar and dessert station round out the offering.

The bar is the highlight — a serious German wine selection (typically 6–8 wines by the glass), German beers on draft (Erdinger, Warsteiner), and the standard international premium spirits. Service is professional and pace-aware.

Showers (3 stalls) are available with full toiletry kits including Lufthansa-branded products. The business center includes printers, scanners, and individual workstations with power and high-speed Wi-Fi.
