Lufthansa operates daily nonstop services from Hartsfield-Jackson to Frankfurt (Boeing 747-8 or A350-900) and Munich (A330-300). Both flights typically depart ATL in the early evening, arriving in Germany the following morning.

Check-in is at the Maynard H. Jackson Jr. International Terminal. Miles & More Senator and HON Circle members and Business/First Class passengers receive priority check-in. Boarding is at Concourse E, accessible via the Plane Train from the International Terminal.

Lufthansa operates its own dedicated Business Lounge at Concourse E (above gate E32), open approximately 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily. Business and First Class passengers, plus Star Alliance Gold members traveling on Lufthansa-marketed flights, have access.

On-board experience is among the best in trans-Atlantic operations. Business Class features fully lie-flat seats with direct aisle access on the A350 and 747-8. First Class (offered on the 747-8 to Frankfurt) features private suites with separate seat and bed.

Frankfurt and Munich are both major Lufthansa hubs with extensive onward connections across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Allow at least 60 minutes for intra-European connections at Frankfurt and 45 minutes at Munich.
