Korean Air operates one of the more distinctive carrier-specific lounges at Hartsfield-Jackson. The Prestige Lounge is open only during the windows surrounding Korean Air's daily departures to Seoul-Incheon (currently a single ATL-ICN flight, with operating hours typically 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

Food service emphasizes Korean cuisine — kimchi, bulgogi, japchae, banchan side dishes, and fresh-made bibimbap stations during peak hours. Western options are also available for Western travelers.

The bar features Korean spirits including soju and makgeolli alongside the standard international selection of premium liquors, beer, and wine. Service is attentive and unobtrusive in the characteristic Korean Air style.

Massage chairs (4 units) are a distinctive amenity uncommon in U.S. airline lounges. Showers are available with full toiletry kits including Korean skincare products.

Located above gate E26 on Concourse E, convenient to Korean Air's gate. SkyTeam Elite Plus passengers traveling on Korean Air's ATL-ICN flight have access regardless of their cabin class.
