JetBlue Airways has been steadily expanding at Hartsfield-Jackson over the past decade. Current daily service from Concourse D includes multiple frequencies to Boston-Logan and New York-JFK (the airline's primary hubs), plus Fort Lauderdale and seasonal Caribbean service.
Check-in is at the Domestic Terminal South lobby. TrueBlue Mosaic check-in counters are clearly marked. Most JetBlue flights at ATL operate on Airbus A320 and A321 equipment, with the Mint premium-class cabin on select routes (primarily JFK and Fort Lauderdale).
JetBlue does not operate a dedicated lounge at ATL. Mint passengers traveling on Mint-equipped routes receive complimentary access to The Club ATL on Concourse F via Priority Pass.
Bag policy depends on fare type. Blue Basic includes a personal item only; Blue and higher fares include a free carry-on; Blue Plus and higher include a free first checked bag. Mint passengers receive two free checked bags.
The on-board experience is among the best in U.S. domestic — every seat has free Fly-Fi Wi-Fi, free seatback entertainment, and complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Mint cabins on transcontinental routes feature lie-flat suites comparable to international business class.
