Korean Air operates daily nonstop service from Hartsfield-Jackson to Seoul-Incheon using A380-800 or 777-300ER widebody equipment. The flight is one of the longest passenger services from ATL — typical block time runs 14.5 hours westbound, 13 hours eastbound.
Check-in is at the Maynard H. Jackson Jr. International Terminal. SKYPASS Morning Calm Premium and SkyTeam Elite Plus members and Prestige/First Class passengers receive priority check-in. Boarding is at gate E26 on Concourse E, accessible via the Plane Train.
Korean Air operates its own dedicated Prestige Lounge above gate E26, open approximately 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily. Prestige Class passengers and SkyTeam Elite Plus members have access. The lounge features Korean cuisine and characteristic Korean Air attention to detail (massage chairs, premium toiletries).
On-board experience is among the best in trans-Pacific operations. Prestige (business) features fully lie-flat seats. First Class (offered on the A380) features Kosmo Suites with private dividers and separate seat and bed.
Seoul-Incheon is a major Asian hub with extensive onward connections via Korean Air and SkyTeam partners. Allow at least 90 minutes for connections at Incheon; international-to-international connections sometimes require terminal transfers via the airport's automated people mover.
