United Airlines operates from Concourse T at Hartsfield-Jackson, with daily departures focused on connecting Atlanta to United's hub network: Houston (IAH), Newark (EWR), Chicago O'Hare (ORD), Denver (DEN), Washington-Dulles (IAD), and San Francisco (SFO). Total daily departures run 25–35 flights.

Check-in is at the Domestic Terminal South lobby. MileagePlus Premier check-in counters are clearly marked. Most United flights at ATL operate on mainline narrow-body equipment (737 and A320 family), with regional jet service on certain spoke routes.

United Club is not present at ATL. MileagePlus Premier 1K and Global Services members can use The Club ATL via Priority Pass affiliation if they hold a qualifying credit card. Star Alliance Gold members traveling internationally on partner airlines can use the international premium lounge on Concourse E.

Connection options from United flights at ATL are limited; most United passengers continue to other United flights. If you need to connect to a Delta flight, allow at least 60 minutes including a Plane Train ride.

Bag policy follows United's standard structure: first checked bag $35 ($30 if paid online); second checked bag $45. MileagePlus elite-status passengers and United co-branded card holders receive complimentary baggage benefits per their card terms.
