Does ATL have children's play areas?
Yes — children's play areas are located on several concourses, with a dedicated 'Just Plane Fun' area on Concourse C.
Hartsfield-Jackson includes children's play areas at multiple concourses to give traveling families a space to let kids burn energy between flights. The largest dedicated area is 'Just Plane Fun' on Concourse C, designed by the Atlanta Children's Museum and featuring soft play structures, interactive aviation displays, and seating for parents.
Additional smaller play zones are located on Concourse A (near central atrium), Concourse D (west end near LCC gates), and the Concourse T food court. Each includes age-appropriate activities, soft surfaces, and adjacent restrooms with changing tables.
Family-specific restrooms (private rooms designed for families with multiple children) are available at all concourses. Lactation rooms are also available throughout the airport — locations are marked on the airport map and can be located via the ATL airport app.
Stroller rentals are available at the Domestic Terminal information desk for $5/day with a $20 refundable deposit. Most major airlines also gate-check strollers for free with infants and young children.
