Concourse A is the heart of Delta Air Lines' Atlanta operation. With 30 gates handling everything from regional jets out of A30 to widebody domestic transcons at A14, it's the busiest single concourse at Hartsfield-Jackson and one of the busiest in the world by daily aircraft movements.
The Concourse A Delta Sky Club, located on the upper level above the central atrium, is the flagship Sky Club in Delta's network. It features an outdoor sky deck, a barista station, made-to-order menu items, and capacity for hundreds of guests. Expect lines on weekday mornings before 9 a.m. — the secondary Sky Club at the west end of A is usually quieter.
Dining standouts include The Varasano's Pizzeria, Cat Cora's Kitchen, and several Atlanta-themed grab-and-go counters. A children's play area near the central atrium is a lifesaver for families on long layovers.
Plane Train access is at the central atrium between gates A15 and A16. From A you can reach T in about 4 minutes, B in about 2 minutes, and the international gates at E/F in roughly 7 minutes by train.
