El Taco serves the standard expected menu — tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, and the like — with a few flourishes that elevate it above the usual airport Mexican. The slow-braised pork carnitas and the chipotle-marinated chicken are the standouts.
Order at the counter and customize from a small salsa bar with three varieties. Most orders are ready in 6–8 minutes. A two-taco combo with rice and beans runs about $13; add a margarita for another $11.
The margaritas are surprisingly serious for an airport — fresh lime, decent tequila, no sour mix. They show up on a flight of three for about $25 and are a reliable layover indulgence.
Limited indoor seating means most passengers grab orders and head to gates. The location in the central Concourse C food court is convenient to Delta regional and Southwest departures.
