Concourse C is the most operationally diverse concourse at ATL. The eastern end (gates C1 through C29) is dominated by Delta and Delta Connection regional flights, while gates C30 through C42 house Southwest Airlines' substantial Atlanta operation. Air Canada also operates from C for cross-border departures to Toronto and Montreal.
Because C handles so many regional jets, the gate areas can feel cramped during simultaneous boarding waves, particularly between 6 and 9 a.m. The food court at the central atrium offers reliable grab-and-go choices including Atlanta Bread, Wendy's, and a Starbucks that handles huge morning queues.
There's no Delta Sky Club on C, but Delta SkyMiles members and partner cardholders can walk to the B Club in about 5 minutes via the central spine corridor. For Southwest passengers, the Priority Pass-affiliated lounges in F are a 12-minute Plane Train ride away.
If you're connecting from C to T, allow 12–15 minutes including the Plane Train. Most C gate-area seating includes power outlets, and the moving walkway on the south side of the concourse is the fastest way to traverse C end-to-end.
