Samuel Adams Brewhouse on Concourse B serves the full Boston Beer Company tap lineup along with rotating seasonals and a respectable food menu. The signature Boston Lager, Cold Snap, and the seasonal stout are all reliably fresh.
Food includes burgers, fish and chips, soft pretzels with beer cheese, and a few salads. Most entrées run $16–22 and arrive within 12 minutes of ordering. The pretzel-and-cheese-board pairing with a beer flight is the move for a leisurely layover.
Seating is split between a 70-seat dining room and a 30-seat bar that handles solo travelers and quick visits. Service is friendly and flight-aware. Beer flights of four 5-oz pours run $14.
