FAQ · Practical Tips

Can I print boarding passes at ATL?

Yes — self-service kiosks are available at all airline check-in counters. Mobile boarding passes are also accepted.

Self-service kiosks for printing boarding passes are available at all airline check-in counters at Hartsfield-Jackson, both at the Domestic Terminal and the International Terminal. Most kiosks accept credit/debit cards, frequent flyer numbers, or confirmation codes for identification.

Mobile boarding passes (delivered via the airline's app or via email) are accepted at all TSA security checkpoints and at all gate boarding scanners. Mobile boarding passes are the recommended option — they update automatically with gate changes and don't risk being lost or damaged.

If you prefer a printed boarding pass and don't have access to a printer at home, the kiosks are the easiest option. Printing is free; the kiosks accept your boarding pass to be re-printed even if you've already checked in via mobile.

Curbside check-in (skycap service) is also available at most major airline counters at the Domestic Terminal. Curbside check-in includes a printed boarding pass and bag check; tipping the skycap ($1–2 per bag) is customary.
