Does ATL have Mobile Passport Control?

Yes — MPC is available at both Concourse E and F international arrivals, accelerating CBP processing.

Mobile Passport Control (MPC) is available at Hartsfield-Jackson's international arrivals at both Concourse E and Concourse F. MPC is a free app for U.S. and Canadian citizens that submits your passport and customs declaration information to CBP electronically before you reach the inspection booth.

Using MPC reduces typical CBP processing time by 30–60% by allowing you to use a dedicated MPC-only line at the inspection booth. Total processing time including baggage claim and rescreening typically runs 15–30 minutes for MPC users vs. 30–60 minutes for standard processing.

MPC is free and does not require pre-registration like Global Entry. Download the Mobile Passport Control app (US Customs and Border Protection) before your flight, complete your passport profile, and submit your declaration during your final approach to ATL.

Global Entry remains the fastest CBP processing option for U.S. citizens (typical processing 5–10 minutes total). Global Entry kiosks are also available at both E and F international arrivals. Global Entry membership requires application ($120 for 5 years) and an in-person interview.
