Brookwood Farms is a North Carolina barbecue producer that supplies many of the South's best Q joints, and their Concourse D location serves the same brisket, pork shoulder, ribs, and chicken under their own banner. Sauces include Eastern Carolina vinegar, Georgia mustard-gold, and a sweet tomato style.

Plates and sandwiches start around $13. The brisket sandwich with slaw and pickles, the pulled pork plate with two sides, and the rib tip basket are all reliable orders.

Counter service is brisk; most orders are out in 5–8 minutes. Limited seating means most passengers take orders to gates. Located near gate D32 on Concourse D, convenient to LCC departures.

Sides are stronger than at most airport BBQ joints — the mac & cheese, collards, and slaw are all made in-house daily. Cornbread comes with every plate.
