P.F. Chang's Express is the chain's streamlined airport format — counter service, smaller menu, faster turnaround. The Concourse D location serves the greatest hits: Mongolian beef, kung pao chicken, fried rice, lo mein, and the signature lettuce wraps.
Order at the counter, choose a protein and a side, get a buzzer. Most orders are out in 7–10 minutes. Meal bowls run $14–18, and portions are generous — most travelers can't finish a full bowl alone.
Limited indoor seating means many passengers take orders to nearby gates. The Concourse D location is convenient to JetBlue, Spirit, and Frontier departures and an easy walk from the central Plane Train atrium.
Vegetarian and gluten-free options are clearly marked. Tofu can be substituted in any protein dish. Beer and wine are available, but the Mongolian beef and a Tsingtao is the move.
