Phillips Seafood's Concourse T location is the airport's only sit-down seafood restaurant, and the crab cakes — flown in from Maryland — are the move. The menu also includes oysters on the half shell, peel-and-eat shrimp, fish and chips, and a respectable lobster roll.
The dining room seats about 80 with a 20-seat bar that handles solo travelers and quick lunches. Service is professional and pace-aware. Most entrées are out within 18 minutes; the raw bar is faster.
Expect $35–55 per person for an entrée and a drink. The wine list is modest but well-chosen, with a focus on whites that pair with seafood. The Bloody Mary at the bar is a Phillips signature.
Located on Concourse T near the central spine, the restaurant is an easy walk from most domestic gates. Reservations are not accepted; walk-ins only, with typical waits of 10–20 minutes during peak times.
